Ajogwu Boluwatife Vincent known as Major AJ (or Retrobaby) is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and rapper currently signed to Chocolate City which is known as one of the biggest and most successful indigenous urban record labels in Africa. He is known for releasing his Extended Play "Retroverse" which houses five tracks.

Major AJ hails from Okpokwu Local government in Benue State but spent his early years in Kainji town, Niger state. His father was a soldier before he died and his mother is an English tutor and trader. As an only child, he grew up following his mother and grandmother for rehearsals in church and there he started developing love for music.
